Joey Havens, Retired CPA, is a leading thought leader in workplace transformation and a past national managing partner of a top 30 CPA and Advisory professional services firm. Author of Leading with Significance: How to Create a Magnetic, People-First Culture. He has a 40+ year history of growing leaders and elevating others based on a personal purpose of helping people see and realize their full potential. His TEDx talk, "From Lonely Jobs to Thriving Teams, 3 Secrets to Magnetic Energy," shares opportunities for everyone to intentionally transform workplace culture with belief, trust, and connection.

Joey shares a weekly YouTube video using real-life experiences and humor to share leadership tips and wisdom. Joey actively challenges the mainstays of business culture and strategic planning. He advocates for a faster approach to growing leaders using holistic approaches and intentional sponsorship. In addition to his book, he is the author of numerous white papers and articles, including “Becoming the Firm of the Future,” published by AICPA. He has coauthored four books during his career.
