Liam Jarvis

Liam Jarvis is a theatre-maker, writer & academic. He co-founded Analogue theatre company with whom he produced multimedia performances/plays, interactive theatre pieces and installations internationally from 2007-2017 (Mile End, Beachy Head, 2401 Objects, Sleepless). He received the Times Higher Education Award for ‘Most Innovative Teacher of the Year’ in 2021. His books include Immersive Embodiment: Theatres of Mislocalization (2019), Theatre-Rites: Animating Puppets, Objects and Sites (2021) & Avatars, Activism and Postdigital Performance: Precarious Intermedial Identities (ed. with Karen Savage, 2022). He is based in London & Essex.
