Marianne Xenos

Marianne Xenos is writer and visual artist living in western Massachusetts who writes stories about about shapeshifters, dragons and disco. She is writing a full-length urban fantasy set in Boston in 1983.

Marianne has an MFA from Massachusetts College of Art and is a member of an artists' cooperative in Amherst, MA. Her work has appeared in The Future Fire, Not One of Us, and the anthology Out of the Darkness. She was a first place winner of the 2022 Writers of the Future Contest, and her winning story appeared in the Volume 39 anthology.
