Dr Peter Wynarczyk is a former Academic Economist, Senior University Manager and Business Consultant in Strategy, Leadership and Creative Thinking. He has previously published in several areas of economics and co-authored a book on macroeconomics that was translated into several languages.
He grew up in the North East of England (Ashington and South Shields) and spent his career in Newcastle and London (alongside a short spell in the USA).
He has always enjoyed crossing boundaries, whether of thought or place, and now turned his hand to fiction and poetry exploring in a humorous way how we relate to the past and a sense of identity and belonging. Both his debut novel, Players Number Six, and his poetry book currently in progress, Wee Shards, develop these key themes.
