Jeff is a student of leadership development with a growth plan he executes through leadership coaching that delivers results across sales, marketing, operations, technology and transformational strategies.

Jeff has experience working at the Vice President level for American Express and Wells Fargo. At Amex, he received the President's Club Award for Leadership. As an entrepreneur, he's provided leadership development, executive coaching and key-note addresses to brand named companies such as Google, Genentech, J&J, Novartis and T-Mobile.

Hatchell is the author of The Inspired Career book which provides leadership coaching and strategies. This enhances engagement through practical exercises that facilitates new insights to maximize your current situation for future opportunities.

Jeff is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. He received his MBA from Nova Southeastern University, a BBA in Marketing from Howard University and completed UCLA Anderson School of Management, Management Development Program for Entrepreneurs.

Jeff enjoys spending quality time with his wife Windy and their blended family of four children, Amen 'Auset, Jenay, Justin and McKayla Joy.
