Alexey Krivitsky

Alexey Krivitsky has been a developer, manager, Scrum Master, community builder, writer—and today, once again, a developer, now working as an AI-augmented software engineer. He has practiced Extreme Programming and Scrum since around 2004 and is widely recognized as the first Scrum Master in Ukraine.

As a business trainer, Alexey held both Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Certified LeSS Trainer (CLT) credentials, supporting organizations worldwide in adopting modern product development practices.

Since 2021, Alexey has partnered with Roland Flemm to develop Org Topologies™, a strategic organizational design approach that distills their joint consulting experience helping organizations achieve adaptability beyond the team level—across entire enterprises.

In 2024, their long-time mentor Craig Larman joined the book project. The result is 10X ORG—an org design system—a bold exploration of how product R&D and service organizations can elevate performance by combining human capability and artificial intelligence. This unlocks systemic, sustainable organizational improvements at 10X scale and beyond.
