After studying psychology, administrative management and philosophy as a
at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, she worked for many years as an
executive and trainer in the business world.
Since her youth, she has been accompanied by a love of music, philosophy, literature
and the desire to write.

the reader into the presence of her texts. Her pictorial and expressive language creation,
with psychological and philosophical ideas, creates a very special feeling of language

enter into a successful synthesis in her poetry and prose.
Her books - inspired by true events - are timelessly topical.
Almost as much as she enjoys writing, Monika Sadegor organises readings in various bookstores, libraries, women's
libraries, women's associations and other institutions and circles.
