Daniel Richard Bowles

I am an author, an artist, a creator, and a wanderer in nature. At 19 years old I enjoy being an artist and author because that allows me to create beautiful things, whether they be detailed word pictures or animal portraits. When painting, the majority of the time I use watercolor, but I dabble in acrylic and pen. I have painted for much of my life, especially focusing on animals and landscapes, representing the beauty of the world and all its tiny details. By now, I have published three books, a fiction survival story, ‘Treetops: A Tale of Survival, Friendship, and Hope’ and two fantasy novels, ‘In the Wake of the Winged Guardians’ and ‘To Walk as a Kinsfolk Ranger’. My fantasy novels are a part of The Guardian Saga. Not only have I had the privilege of writing these books but also illustrating them. Creating fantastical worlds is one of the most energizing and creative things that I love to do. Stories shape us and they tell us big truths about the world in immersive ways. I can't wait to write and paint more!
