John is an author born in NW London a few years after World War II. When he was eight years old, his family moved to Swindon, where he grew up. Surprisingly, English was John's worst subject in school, despite his passion for storytelling. After graduating from school in 1962, John joined the Royal Air Force, where he spent most of his working life as a communications engineer.
It was during his military career that John's ideas for a storyline began to take shape. The challenges he faced and the experiences he encountered while serving in the RAF provided him with a unique perspective on life that he now incorporates into his writing.
Today, John is a successful author, whose works are greatly influenced by his military background. His ability to combine real-life experiences with creative storytelling has made him a popular writer, admired by many.
