Isaac Wells is the Director of Publishing at Mimi and Todd Press, Inc. and the Director of Teaching and Learning at The Core Collaborative, where he partners with schools and districts across the country to turn research into meaningful, student-centered practice. With a background as a school improvement specialist, instructional coach, and classroom teacher, Isaac brings practical experience, strategic insight, and innovative methods to his work.

Driven by a passion for progress, Isaac focuses on the assets each learner, whether student or educator, brings to the table. His work helps ensure that every individual can answer the question, “What’s next?” with clarity and confidence.

As an author and consultant, Isaac is committed to amplifying the voices and victories of the educators and students he serves. Through his writing, he aims to reflect the insights, challenges, and daily triumphs of learning communities dedicated to equity, agency, and continuous growth.
