He founded HR Brain HUB A Startup India recognized and IIM Kashipur incubated and built Job Giffy to help MSMEs and startups hire smarter - when that failed he pivoted HR Brain Hub and established An Additional Pie.

He reads more than he writes. Maybe that’s why the lines land quietly. Writing as The Devil’s Horse his pen name from his debut he followed with The Colors of the Heart and The Canvas of Darkness. Travel keeps the voice honest and the perspective wide.
