Motivated to get well and avoid a family legacy of chronic disease, Michelle began her journey to wellness in 2001, and quickly became focused on learning as much as possible about the relationship between nutrition and disease. As Michelle and her family added more whole food to their diets and made other easy health changes, their health picture quickly and dramatically changed for the better, and Michelle embarked on a mission to help as many people as possible take control of their health with whole food nutrition and concentrated plant powders. Along her journey, Michelle became a Certified Health Coach with the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, as well as a Certified Women’s Health Instructor and Food Over Medicine Instructor with Wellness Forum Health. Michelle is passionate about helping others build a legacy and create options for themselves and their families so they can experience a life of abundance and fulfillment. Michelle loves helping women struggling with feeling older than they want to, to reduce inflammation and increase energy so they can confidently slow the aging process. She also loves to help women struggling to balance their careers and families to jump off the "treadmill" and have more control of their own life.
