Bruce worked many years in the health insurance and secondary mortgage marketing fields as a business analyst, systems analyst and processing director before leaving and becoming a high school humanities teacher where he became an award-winning educator/administrator. He has written many user/training/curriculum guides and coached several state champion academic teams that competed at the national level. He has also been a guest columnist (Government and Political Science articles) for a regional newspaper. He has been married for over fifty years to Danise, has two daughters and three grandchildren who are all the loves of his life. He has a BA from Virginia Tech and an MA from Johns Hopkins University. Now he concentrates on modern novels and short stories written for ages fifteen and above. He likes to change gears with every manuscript and sees writing as a personal and therapeutic exercise. He does have a website.
