Danielle Strano

Danielle is a spiritual teacher and healer and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Occult Sciences.

In her private practice, Danielle guides people as a certified professional life coach and teacher. Her specialty is regulating emotions, releasing trauma and trapped emotions, and spiritual growth and development.

She guides individuals through their trauma with a process called root cause therapy. She utilizes tools such as DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and meditation among other things to move clients past their blocks. This is a type of shadow work and somatic healing process to release trapped emotions and heal the inner child.
