Rhett Stuart

Rhett Otis and his wife live in Virginia with their four children. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and organizational behavior from California State Polytechnic University, and investigates civil matters and white-collar crimes. Other books are "God and Humans", and under the pen name Rhett Stuart, "The Bishop Maker" and also "Generation Modified", a young adult book.
