Violet Harmond

My name is Violet Harmond and I was only 8 years old when I found out I was diabetic. I was not always able to manage my condition well, and several times I found myself in danger. In my daily life I manage some diabetic care and face a variety of cases every day.

After years of experience, I have realized that the woodworm of every diabetic is closely related to the inability to eat everything he or she wants, as everyone else does.

It took me years before I understood how to derive pleasure at the table, and in all this time I have managed to make some truly delicious recipes that today I can finally share with all those who, despite diabetes, wish to enjoy the pleasures of the table. I really hope you enjoy it :)
