Mike Forrest

Mike Forrest is a writer and musician who inspires people to seek their highest expression. He enjoys time with family and friends, walking in nature, and a tomato from his own garden. He currently takes drum lessons in London, Ontario.

Mike spent his 20's singing and playing guitar in idealistic, dysfunctional garage bands and being introduced to authors such as Tom Robbins, Gary Zukav, and Don Miguel Ruiz.

In his 30's, he spent time in Toronto, playing in even more dysfunctional garage bands. He moved back to London Ont. and formed a band. When that band imploded, he discovered the source of the dysfunction. Himself.

He took this discovery to the stage. For 5 years he sought therapy as a stand-up comic. During that time, he also earned his Red Seal while working as a Sous Chef and Youth Mentor.

His experience brought him to writing his 1st book, "Randy and Zal", to help young men learn to listen to their hearts.
