Erik Bertram

Erik Bertram is a theoretical astrophysicist, manager and cosmopolitan. His research interests lie in the fields of astrophysics, cosmology, quantum gravity and computer science. Currently, he is teaching and researching at Fresenius University of Applied Science in Heidelberg, where he is giving lectures in mathematics and digitization. Furthermore, he is working as a senior manager and data scientist at SAP SE, where he is leading an international team of data scientists and operation experts. In his free time, Erik is playing the electric guitar while listening to the latest heavy metal songs or doing athletic sports.
