Dr. Ingrid Pyka

After providing medical care through private, corporate, general, specialty/ER animal hospitals, and even a housecall practice of her own, Dr. Ingrid Pyka realized helping companies and employees both thrive had become her true calling.

She received her doctorate from Colorado State University’s Veterinary School and furthered her business certification at Purdue University. Ingrid quickly took on more administrative roles and her passion in management transformed into full-time consulting for veterinary practices, other small businesses and entrepreneurs. She now travels nationwide, training and speaking to audiences in and outside of the veterinary profession about effective systems and simplification. Her goal is to integrate maximum work-life balance with sustainable business practices.

Ingrid grew up in California, but has lived in Colorado for well over half of her life. She still “keeps her fingers furry” with occasional relief veterinary work. When not traveling or working, she enjoys gardening, ballroom dancing, and, just sitting out in nature—doing nothing.
