Gary Sohmers

Gary Sohmers is a pop culture expert, producer, and musician. He appeared as an appraiser on the PBS TV show “Antiques Roadshow” for 13 seasons and has produced over 300 consumer shows and 1000 concerts throughout his career. As a singer and songwriter, Sohmers founded the rock band Windjammer in 1976, and recorded the Windjammer EP in 1979 featuring Butch Vig on drums. Sohmers crafted the story of Beasties: A Sci-Fi Rock Opera in early 2017. Evolving as a stage show from a cast concept album, the story is now a series of books from multiple perspectives.
