Jim Brackin

Jim Brackin has spent more than twenty-five years helping people understand emotions, thoughts and behaviour.

His work has taken many forms, from therapy rooms, training environments and books to television, radio and national media. Over the years, he has worked with people struggling with fears, phobias, confidence, anxiety and the way they see themselves and the world around them. Jim has written a number of self-help books, also available on Amazon, exploring themes such as confidence, emotional resilience, personal change and the patterns that shape how people think, feel and behave.

Again and again, he noticed that the struggles adults carry later in life often begin with very small moments in childhood. Being laughed at for being different. Being told they are too quiet, too loud, too sensitive, too emotional, too much of something, or not enough of something else.

That idea eventually became the Just BEE WorldŽ, a gentle emotional oasis built around stories, play, imagination, calm moments and kinder inner thoughts.

Through the Just BEE Stories, Jim writes warm, reassuring books for children and grown-ups to share together, little stories about big feelings, finding your wings and discovering that being yourself is always enough.
