Despite his body's vehement protests, he continues to play rugby, balancing the pain with a healthy dose of mountain biking, windsurfing, and wing foiling - because who needs intact joints anyway?

A firm believer that traditional life advice belongs in the same dusty corner as VHS tapes and dial-up internet, Rob is passionate about helping people transform side hustles into full-time gigs.

In his spare time, he's converted a campervan and enjoys visiting the best surf spots in Europe, accompanied by his two Rhodesian Ridgebacks, who are excellent at sleeping and stealing food.
