Colleen Scheid writes contemporary Christian fiction that deep-dives into her characters' interior lives and relationships, including their relationships with God. Her stories take place in diverse communities where creativity, healing, recovery and a good dose of humor are the norm. She has three novels and a book of short stories available on Amazon. You can find her blog and book resources at her website. Colleen earned a journalism degree in Australia, where she spent 11 years, and a Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Cincinnati. Her journalism training grounds her in real settings and well-researched scenarios, and her counseling background gives her a fascination with the interior lives of her characters. When not writing, Colleen loves to spend time with her family, and be part of a church that welcomes anyone. She also performs with Friends of the Groom, a national Christian theater company.
