Kara O'Daniel

I am a speaker and author who shares my story of overcoming mental illness and a physical disability. My vision is to help those with debilitating and intimidating struggles in life, dealing with self-worth, fear and doubt, to believe they can reach their goals. My hope is to share my story, of accomplishment and joy found in the face of adversity, and encourage others that they too can find growth, success and happiness and can soar above life’s challenges and reach their dreams.
