Nina Pick

Nina Pick is a somatic counselor, certified NeuroAffective Touch practitioner, and group facilitator who is passionate about bringing a trauma-informed, heart-centered, and attachment-based approach to her work with individuals and groups. Her books include "The Mind-Body Guide to the Twelve Steps" and "Sober Secure." She received an MA in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and an MA in comparative literature from UC Berkeley, and has additional training in a range of somatic and spiritual modalities. Based in Massachusetts, she loves cats and is always up for a good dance party.
