I graduated from Texas A&M University-San Antonio with a bachelor's in English with an emphasis in Writing and Rhetoric. As a writer, I understand that writing is a connection between the mind, body, and soul. Each sentence creates a world in which the confines of reality have shifted from the impossible to the possible. I am a creative writer. My passion for writing has gained momentum over the last fifteen years. Fascinated with how words on a page create memories and nostalgic yearning in one's soul. There is a place inside of me where stories form. Fully crafted drafts are floating around my head before I even put pen to paper. Creating a book can start by hearing a single word. Writing prompts fall from my fingers, spilling onto a once-lifeless page. A single line of thought branches out to create an intricate forest of possibility. Though writing is a significant part of my character, it is not the whole of who I am. I enjoy traveling and exploring new aspects of life and what it offers—finding beauty every day and creating magic through art.
