Matt Lucas is one of the most recognisable personalities in British television, film and theatre. He has starred in films such as Disney’s Alice in Wonderland, Paddington, and Gnomeo and Juliet, as well as the forthcoming Warner Bros musical fantasy Wonka. You might also have seen Matt on TV in iconic shows like Doctor Who, and on stage in theatre classics such as Les Misérables.

Matt is the author of bestselling children’s books, including My Very Very Very Very Very Very Very Silly Book of Jokes, Pranks and Games, and Thank You, Baked Potato, published in 2020 to raise money for Feed NHS. The Boy Who Slept Through Christmas is Matt’s debut fiction novel and - as far as we know - the first ever musical novel.
