Jonathan B. Wilson is a co-founder of FinCEN Report Company, LLC. An attorney and corporate partner at Taylor English Duma LLP, he has more than 31 years of experience in corporate, M&A and securities law matters.

Wilson is a former general counsel or chief legal officer of Web.com (NASDAQ: WWWW) and EasyLink Services International Corporation (NASDAQ: ESIC).

Wilson earned his undergraduate degree (Phi Beta Kappa) at The College of William and Mary and his J.D. (with honors) from The George Washington University.
