JONATHAN VORCE

Dr. Jonathan L Vorce is an inspiring leader and a lifelong preacher with a heart full of passion for ministry. Born in Mt Pleasant, Michigan, on December 15, 1967, Jonathan started preaching at the wonderfully tender age of eight under the guidance of his father and their pastor, the Rev. D.C. Branham, of the Bible Holiness Assemblies of God in Neosho, MO. During his teenage years, he shared his faith fervently in many places such as churches, street corners, rest homes, prisons, and youth rallies. After graduating high school in 1985, he began serving as a missionary evangelist to the American and Canadian Indians, Mexico, and Jamaica before embracing the assignment to be Lead Pastor. Over the next thirty years, Dr. Vorce and his family have served as Lead Pastors over four different congregations. They are currently serving together as Lead Pastors of the powerful Lakewood Family Church in Bayonet Point, FL.

Beyond his faithful and powerful pastoral role, Dr. Vorce has been quite active in various civic boards and committees across North America - some appointed and some elected - such as Christian School Boards, Chambers of Commerce, and Coalitions for Racial Reconciliation, to name a few. On March 1st, 2019, Dr. Vorce accepted the position of Chancellor & President of Covenant Bible College & Seminary, a ministry school that has been operating since 1998 with campuses all over the world!

Jonathan feels that his greatest accomplishment is his family, which he lovingly leads with his beautiful wife Donna, whom he married on January 27th, 1990, along with their three amazing kids: twin daughters Nikki & Susie; son Jeremiah; daughter-in-love Marissa; two son-in-loves Coty and Luke; and six grandkids, Sophia Ann, Gracie Kaye, Abigail Mae, Carson James, Elizabeth Joy, and Bailey Paige! Dr. Vorce will be quick to tell you that outside of Jesus, family truly is God's greatest gift!
