Brian Boyd

Brian Boyd is a retired meteorologist, now working as a substitute teacher for elementary and middle schools. During his entire working life, he has been an instructor, professional speaker and trainer, a standup comedian successful about one-third of the time, and worked in the petroleum, life insurance, jewelry design, pizza delivery, and vacuum cleaner sales industries. He has learned firsthand what he loves and hates. He loves working with people, especially students, and hates sales. With an ever growing family of descendants, he and his wife of over four decades keep busy and happy. They like pets in theory but do not own one. They have, though, several times and each one ended up in either sadness or disaster. They now own plants and a paid off car. He realty hopes his stories will touch your heart and make you laugh, sometimes at the same time.
