Stanley Sheppard

Stanley Sheppard has spent many years in therapy since he was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Before treatment, he suffered chronic stress, worry, and despair, diminishing his health and zeal for life. Therapy and practical CBT techniques helped him bounce back to a productive lifestyle and find meaning within himself.

Stanley has devoted his life to helping other people find their way back to balance by teaching the power of self in promoting change. The CBT Workbook for Adult Mental Health is the first in a series of self-help books for improving daily life. He believes that by changing the quality of our thoughts, we can change the quality of our reality.

Stanley enjoys evening walks and random ice cream dates with his family. He is a hiking enthusiast and recently tried out skydiving.
