Over the last 25 years, Nick has carried out strategic research for some of the worlds biggest brands and is therefore one of the worlds leading practitioners and a recognised thought leader in B2B customer experience and branding research. He is widely known in the branding and CX world and was announced as a top 10 influencer for the 4th year running in 2023 by CX Magazine.

His books include Market Research In Practice and B2B Customer Experience: A Practical Guide to Delivering Exceptional CX which is a best seller and now in its 2nd edition.
