Joseph Frasko

Joseph Frasko has spent 35 years in finance, M&A and private equity, and has bought, built and sold about a dozen companies. He trained in private equity deal and value-creation methods through Wharton's Private Equity program and holds the CEPA and CVGA designations.

He founded Catalyst Business Diagnostics to give owners of established private companies the discipline a private equity buyer brings: scan the whole company, put a dollar figure on what's holding its value down, and fix the few things that matter, in the right order. Most of the owners he works with aren't selling. They want a company that doesn't need them for every decision, and one that's worth more whether they sell or not.

Joseph lives in New York and enjoys spending time with his wife, many children and grandchildren.
