Amy Sun

Amy Sun has devoted her entire career investing in the lives of young people. Her childhood dream to become a missionary, led her to become a missionary school teacher in South Korea, Kazakhstan, India and Austria, where her cross-cultural experience made her uniquely and powerfully equipped to develop a Christian worldview in the minds of her students.

Having taught all grades from Kindergarten – 12th grade over her 23 years in Christian education, it is clear Amy’s passion is to bring young people into a vibrant, life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. Her 1st children’s book, Heart of the Kingdom, is based on a story she wrote for her daughter, inviting her to make Jesus her Savior. The companion book, Kingdom Seekers, is a similar tool to help parents discuss salvation with their children.

“I had this story all of these years and really felt it could be a tool to help parents and others introduce that “Missing Piece” we all feel inside, to children, in a way that unveils salvation in simple to understand terms.”

Amy and her family live in Phoenix, Arizona, where she now serves with Legacy Ministries International as the Director of Family Mentorship.
