Ken Gavranovic

Ken Gavranovic is an executive coach and strategist who works with CEOs, founders and leadership teams through the startup, growth and transformation stages, and co-author of the Amazon best seller Business Breakthrough 3.0.

He coaches from the seat, not the sidelines. He founded Interland in 1997 and took it public on Nasdaq at 29, growing it past 200 million dollars in revenue before it later became Web Inc. He later served as EVP and GM at New Relic, where revenue grew from 300 million to 500 million; as VP at Cox Automotive, running a 250 million dollar budget; and as COO at Blameless through a VC-backed turnaround. Across his career he has been part of 35 M&A transactions and 18 exits, and spent a decade as a managing partner at a venture firm, sitting on the investor's side of the board table.

He has been interviewed on CNN and CNBC, has written for Forbes and CEOWORLD, contributes to Thinkers50, and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal. He has appeared on more than 50 podcasts on leadership and growth, including The Learn-It-All Podcast, Wild Business Growth, Startup Savant and The Growth and Scaling Podcast, and has given more than 50 keynotes around the world, including AWS re:Invent and the Gartner IT Symposium.

Having built and sold companies and reached his own goals, he chose coaching as his second chapter: shortening the learning curve for the people now sitting where he sat.

He is an ICF Certified Coach and a Certified Executive Coach, with a BS in Psychology, summa cum laude, and lives in Alpharetta, Georgia, with his wife of 22 years, Heather, and their two daughters.
