Joseph Williams is a public affairs manager, author, and community leader. He is the Public Affairs Manager at Southern California Edison and serves on the board of directors of several organizations, including the Inland Empire Community Foundation (IECF), the San Bernardino Community College District Board of Trustees, and the California Community College Board of Governors. Williams is also the founder of Youth Action Project (YAP), a non-profit organization dedicated to preparing Inland Empire students for college and workplace success.
Williams is a graduate of Crafton Hills College and San Bernardino Valley College. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Redlands, and a master's degree in social impact from Claremont Lincoln University.
