Nick Simoneschi

After earning my Master's degree in Law from a prestigious Swiss University, my career began within the court system, where I gained foundational, hands-on experience in both criminal and civil law. This initial immersion provided me with a deep, practical understanding of justice and legal frameworks. My professional journey then swiftly led me into the dynamic and demanding fields of business and corporate law. Here, I specialized as a Corporate Lawyer, focusing extensively on International Tax Planning and advising companies on critical matters such as robust business structuring, strategic diversification, optimizing profitability, conducting thorough audits, and crucially, detecting and preventing fraud.

My ascent in the financial sector continued as I obtained prestigious asset management licenses and had the distinct honor of serving as Vice President on the Board of Directors for two distinguished Swiss banks. These roles provided me with unique, high-level insights into corporate governance, financial integrity, and the intricacies of global economic systems.

In 2023, driven by a powerful personal philosophy centered on core values of positivity, courage, clarity, and an unwavering commitment to family, society, and truth, I embarked on a new career as a book writer. My perspective on politics, media, and elite behavior is profoundly informed not only by my extensive legal and financial background but also by direct political experience including the invaluable experience of managing an electoral campaign from the ground up for a family member who served as President of the Swiss Parliament. Furthermore, my academic research into the vital principles of freedom of speech and freedom of information (both passive and active) underpins my dedication to transparent governance. I believe strongly in the mandate to "speak the truth" and to "be real," even when navigating the ambitious "fantasy" of what's possible in leadership.

I write for young adults, with a firm conviction that "Life is too short to waste time with the wrong people and to live without Smart Goals." My aim is to inspire smarter choices and more ethical engagement, fostering a generation of principled leaders. I welcome and value feedback from my readers to continually refine my arguments and contribute to a collective pursuit of wisdom.
