Jo Beekman

Jo Beekman was born in California, raised in southren Ohio, and as a teenager was forcibly moved to Florida by her parents who were in search of California weather but got humidity and enormous bugs instead. Jo started writing poetry when she was seven and has continued writing ever sense. She currently shares her home with her daughter, two opinionated cats, and a large, constantly shedding German Shepherd. For some reason, she still lives in Florida despite flying roaches and hurricanes.
