Sara Hope is CEO and co-founder of The Conversation Space, an award-winning consultancy with a mission to strengthen human connection through the power of conversation. She has spent the last 25 years helping people at all levels in organisations step into more courageous and human conversations – something we all crave.

Prior to The Conversation Space, Sara had leadership development and coaching roles in organisations including EY, Vodafone, and KPMG.

She lives in Devon with her family and has a passion for the outdoors.
