Informed by her personal journey and two decades as professor and researcher at Harvard Medical School, she coaches individuals to live their best lives by rewiring the way they think, feel, and behave. A visionary devoted to increasing access to scientifically rigorous mental health practices, Dr. Luana is enthusiastically committed to making science easy to access, understand, and implement.

Dr. Luana is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School and Director of Community Psychiatry PRIDE at Massachusetts General Hospital and serves as past-president of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA).
