Dan’s journey as a storyteller began by telling his young children epic tales like I Didn’t Eat the Last Cookie, The Bacon I’m Cooking Is Supposed to Be on Fire, and Our Minivan Was Upside Down When I Got Here. Now his kids are bigger and so are his stories, like Wands and Roses.
Dan is a New York Times best selling author…in his wildest dreams. In reality, he won an award for writing, but that award was for the fantasy category of the parody Bulwer-Lytton Fiction Contest.
Michigan is where Dan and his family make their home. Online, you can find Dan’s website linked on the copyright page at the front of his Wands and Roses books. On that website are links to his social media and a newsletter sign-up that includes a free short story that explains how Leo the cat's tail became haunted.
