Roger was raised on a Cattle ranch in Central Texas and started his business career at 12 years old buying wholesale fishing supplies with his best friend, strapping tackle boxes on their minibikes and hanging out at the boat ramps early on Saturday and Sunday Mornings to sell fishing line and lures, they each profited over $1,200 that summer and used the money to upgrade from minibikes to real 120cc dirt bikes.

At 16 years old Roger and his Brother started an Auto Parts business in their Garage, eventually having 5 locations in 4 States and grew the Company to one of the largest Exporters in the North Texas area as recognized by the Fort Worth Star Telegram and Arthur Anderson
