John S. Smith Jr., RN as a truly inspiring story of success. He came to the U.S. after surviving a civil war in his native Liberia. He then overcame a horrific worksite accident, and was so grateful for the care he received that he went into healthcare and became a registered nurse. After seeing many troubling issues with home health care, John created Prestige Healthcare Resources, which in 2020 was named Small Business of the Year by the Washington, D.C. Chamber of Commerce. Then, recognizing the growing need for behavioral health services, particularly among the homeless, John launched a non-profit organization to address this unmet need.

Now John has launched Your Lifestyle Navigator, a mentorship and training program aimed at helping others achieve the type of success he has reached.
