Alex J Webb

Alex Webb has had a mixed career, starting off as a teacher before moving into the events industry with sports TV and media, corporate and then commercial events. Following the arrival of her family, Alex worked in entrepreneurship, initially with one of the Dragons from Dragon's Den, with a focus on young technology businesses. With her roles as an Events Director and Programme Director, Alex has created, designed and facilitated workshops, events and programmes for an array of clients such as TfL, Innovate UK, Prince’s Trust, Girls Day School Trust, Sky, Vodafone, Umbro, Lego and GSK

Alex works closely with teams and individuals throughout all levels of business to help improve their self-awareness, resilience and leadership. Using, and accredited in tools such as C-Me™ profiling, Resilient Leaders Elements™ and the 6 Types of Working Genius, Alex brings simplicity to complex business tasks and growth in positive culture, allowing her clients to grow at their own pace. By understanding and working on their strengths they can adapt behaviours, develop their own personal growth programme and create an effective environment in which to develop.

Alex is now a leadership consultant and a professional facilitator, as well as running 2 companies focusing on behaviour change, leadership development, resilience and team performance across different age and ability ranges.

- FlyingStartXP works with young adults (17 – 24-year olds) and by focusing on core human / soft skills, strengths and native genius, FSXP enables employability and builds business brilliance.

- Alongside her sister company TLRdynamics which works with middle managers and above focusing on organisational health through the growth of individuals and teams.

Alex is also a sports coach having spent time coaching at the regional and international level.
