David Gaines

David Gaines is the CEO of La Terza Coffee, a social enterprise coffee roaster, and the author of Radical Business, winner of the CIPA EVVY Gold Award. His second book, Why We Buy, and Why It Matters (October 2026), explores how the small purchases we make every day can build a more human economy. He writes and speaks on conscious capitalism, the stakeholder economy, and the role of consumer choice in shaping the future of business. He lives in Cincinnati with his wife and two sons.
