Ashton Dupler

Ashton moved from his hometown in rural Ohio to innercity Dayton after graduating with a degree in Urban Ministry from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. He serves as Associate Pastor of Historic McKinley United Methodist Church (UMC) alongside St. Paul UMC. With a passion for justice issues, Ashton serves as Associate Director of the Dayton Equity Center, to create initiatives that restore communities alongside congregations.

With years of experience in logistics and manufacturing, Ashton Dupler has been the primary instigator behind new workforce initiatives for people with language, cultural, and criminal barriers to employment. He and his wife, Kasey, live with their dog in Dayton and can be found outside of work hiking, disc golfing, and trying new restaurants.
