Kevin Anderson is the CEO and Editor in Chief at Kevin Anderson & Associates (www.kawriting.com), a NYC-based firm specializing in book-writing, ghostwriting, editing, publishing services, and publishing navigation.
An accomplished ghostwriter, entrepreneur, and book editor of more than 50 national bestsellers, Kevin has worked with numerous NYT-bestselling and award-winning authors, prominent literary agents, Big-5 publishers, and a long list of public figures, successful professionals, and aspiring authors. He has launched multiple companies in the US and UK, including Kevin Anderson & Associates, Dissertation Editor, Thesis Editor UK, and KAA UK.
Kevin is a contributing author by invitation to Publishers Weekly’s Book Publishing Almanac 2022: A Master Class in the Art of Bringing Books to Readers, and coauthor of PhDone: A Professional Dissertation Editor's Guide to Writing Your Doctoral Thesis and Earning Your PhD.
Kevin grew up on a small farm in a remote area of Northern Alberta, Canada. He completed his BA in history and philosophy magna cum laude at the University of Lethbridge, and his Master’s degree at Harvard University in 2007, with a concentration in literary theory and criticism.
When he’s not collaborating with authors, agents, and publishers, you may find him reading Nabokov, Cormac McCarthy, or Proust; surfing the northeastern shores; composing music; fishing for striped bass; debating philosophy; brewing Belgian-style beer; wakeboarding with his family and neighbors; or enjoying the arts, culture, and food of a faraway place.
Of all life’s pursuits, Kevin most enjoys the adventures he shares with his wife and their four young children.
