As a coach, conference speaker, business consultant and facilitator of leadership/talent development programmes, Andy’s passion and expertise centres on helping people, teams and businesses unlock their potential by creating high performance cultures. His leadership and life lessons are communicated as a series of simple, practical, actionable and experience based frameworks, strategies and routines that are suitable for all sectors and experience levels. Andy’s core purpose is to help people pass their own ‘Rocking Chair Test’, the title of his first book.
