Dr. Patrick D. Huff

Dr. Huff has over thirty years of international business experience in research, evaluations, performance assessments, and policy development programs for major government agencies, the military, and U.S. and foreign corporations.

He has served in many senior staff and executive officer positions in both the private and public sectors.

Huff is considered to be an expert in the areas of: architecture, engineering, defense acquisitions and procurement, program administration and management, distance management and advanced technologies, contract administration and management, the environmental sciences, geology, political science, economics, organizational behavior, and leadership.

He is professionally licensed to practice in multiple states in the United States in the fields of architecture, engineering, and environmental sciences, including being nationally certified as a federal acquisitions program, contracts, and project management senior executive.

Huff taught architectural design for two years at Oklahoma University's School of Architecture upon completing three degrees from Oklahoma University's Schools of Environmental Design and Architecture. After returning from military service overseas, he received his doctorate in organizational leadership and development from the Graduate School of Education and Psychology.

Receiving his doctorate in 2019 from Pepperdine, perhaps it should be noted that Dr. Huff completed 10yrs. of bachelor's and master's degree studies; 7 yrs. of pre-doctorate levels of executive administrative certifications in acquisitions, contracts, procurement, and program management with the U.S. Department of Defense; 11yrs. of other executive specialty training with various Department of Defense and Army Colleges; and 12yrs. of doctorate studies and certifications in distance management, education, leadership, behavioral studies, organizational development, journalism, and advertising.

Huff has a distinguished thirty-one-year military service record with deployments to Kuwait and the combat zones of Iraq and Afghanistan as a senior-level executive officer and program director. His service in Iraq and Afghanistan with the Army came after being recruited and recalled to service after his first retirement as a by-name government contract employee of the U.S. Defense Department, Army Material Command, LOGCAP Program. He later served in the Afghanistan combat theater with the Army Corps of Engineers, being hired as the Southern District Office Civilian Deputy Director and senior program manager, for major non-government organization (NGO) and government organization GO programs.

Presently, Dr. Huff is the Executive Director, Scientific Researcher, and conference paper reviewer for the State of California's higher education system. As of June 2023, he is credited with 44 articles, including five books and conference papers on various scientific, education, engineering, medical, transportation, economic, global policy, sinology, leadership, math, statistics, organizational behavior, change management, learning organizations, strategies, performance assessments, Korea business and logistics studies, disruptive change, and emerging advanced technologies.
