Linwood Wright is the founder and President of My Tampa IT, a leading Cyber Security and IT consulting firm in Tampa, Florida. My Tampa IT provides outsourced IT and Cybersecurity solutions for businesses, ensuring the protection of their sensitive data and the smooth operation of their IT systems.

With over 25 years’ experience, Linwood has spent his career immersed in the world of technology. A pragmatic problem solver, he enjoys helping business leaders leverage technology to help grow revenue, reduce risk, and achieve a technical advantage over their competition. Having worked with hundreds of organizations throughout the course of his career, and being a business owner himself, he is uniquely positioned to quickly understand the dynamics of many different types of organizations and the challenges they face.

Linwood served in the Army National Guard prior to receiving his Master of Science in Information Studies from Florida State University. A lifelong learner, he continued his education, earning several important technology certifications to become the trusted IT and Cybersecurity expert he is today.

When Linwood is not focusing on his business or sitting in front of a computer, he enjoys a very active

lifestyle, traveling and spending time with his family.
